- This year, KCPRO-East will be providing FREE banquet registration for all of our racers! Below is a friendly reminder on how to register the rest of your attendees, and a breakdown of our event schedule.
REGISTRATION:
We ask that you register below no later than March 15th so that we can finalize our food order with the venue.
SILENT AUCTION:
We are asking each family to try and donate at least three items and/or baskets at our event. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and will help ensure we have sufficient start-up funds for our 2025 season! Contact Katie if you would like a copy of our formal Silent Auction Request Letter.
SATURDAY, APRIL 13TH SCHEDULE:
11:00 AM: Help Decorate / Set-Up the Silent Auction
- Help bring in trophies, decorate and put together our racer’s gifts. Adults only please as we want everything to be a surprise for the kids!
1:00 PM: Spring KCPRO Member Meeting
- We ask that at least one adult from each family attend.
- Tentative meeting topics:
- Elections of 2025 Officers
- By-law changes or other concerns that may need to be addressed
- 2025 Season Schedule (Host families assigned)
- Any rule change requests to be submitted to ISR
- Please email or text any officer to get an item added to the agenda. We want everyone to have the opportunity to provide feedback!
